Are your workouts Busy or Productive?

Being busy means being engaged in action.
Being productive means yielding results or benefits.

As a CrossFit and Bootcamp coach people always ask me what’s different about what you do because what I have been doing isn’t working.

Too often people are just busy on treadmills or elliptical machines spending 40 minutes in their “target” heart zone because that’s what “they” said they should do.

CrossFit and Bootcamp workouts are designed not only to deliver maximum results in the shortest possible time BUT they also keep your metabolism revved up for up to 36 hours after the workout.  So you get Leaner and Stronger Sooner (where have I heard that one before?)

It’s time to turn your workouts around!

Ask yourself the following:

- Do my workouts leave me feeling energized?
- Do my workouts make me look forward to the next workout?
- Do my workouts leave me feeling Stronger?

If you answered no to any of these questions your workouts are just busy and not productive.

Visit us at Crossroads Bootcamp and we will show you a workout that will do all of the above.  We also have a lot of fun in the process.
