What does that mean? Simply this, we need you to be willing to live each day of your 21 days as a new day growing from one day to the next no longer living in the past failures and frustrations of programs that have failed you. Your ability to follow simple instructions and give attention to the details will be the determining factor in retraining your mind, shaping your body and, changing your life. How great will it feel knowing in just 21 days you have built a new healthy more permanent lifestyle? As long as you are able to listen, follow instructions, and be the clay for us to mold, you will succeed.
2. You must have a desire and willingness to “change” - This is the KEY factor to success. If you’re reading this, you at least have the desire to change. Many people say that they want to change but are unwilling to put forth any effort. What days are the class offered
the assessment is sat 10/23 at 1115am – the other workouts are offered everyday on our regular schedule.
We probably wont schedule another contest until spring because we are expecting pretty full classes in January. If you are interested in getting a body fat and fitness assessment we can do so anytime for $25. Let me know. Scott
