We’d all agree having nice tight buns is preferable to having a weak droopy derrier, but keeping those toned muscles flexible is critical to your athletic performance and lower back health.
This week, Matreena and Scott show you two easy stretches to open up the deep muscles of the glutes which often get tight with exercise. Taking two extra minutes after your workout to include these stretches will help your core stability, reduce your risk for injury, and keep your body functional for squats, lunges, wall balls, and other athletic training exercises.

Most of us underestimate the importance of core stability and flexibility training in our workouts. At Crossroads Bootcamp we know that your workouts are compromised without developing a deep core connection and functional range of motion around all of your joints.
That’s why we’ve added a new class, Core Essentials to the Sunday line up. Take your core training to the next level with this strength, balance and flexibility workout designed to enhance every other workout in the gym.
Core Essentials will increase athletic ability and focus through core stability, strength and endurance. This isn’t your average workout! Expect results way beyond average! Once weekly to turn up the heat – Sundays at 11:00am!
