WHY IS BOOTCAMP SO MUCH BETTER THAN OTHER WORKOUTS?
For those of you who have found us, you already know you LOVE the Challenge, Intensity and Burn of Crossroads Bootcamp Workouts. You love the competition of working in a group but also the community. Your personal best just keeps getting better each workout because you continue to challenge yourself and be challenged by the group to push your own limit harder and harder. Some may feel a bit anxious about their first Bootcamp experience, but leave feeling elated, not only because they survived their first Bootcamp, but because their bodies are absolutely humming from meeting the challenge.
Not long ago, boot camp workouts were the thing. You may have heard stories about people signing up for classes in local parks and garages doing exercises designed to resemble the physical training of soldiers. That’s may be part of it, but it’s also enough to turn off half the population.
The reason we offer Bootcamp workouts is because they are extremely efficient- you work your entire body– heart and muscles–by going from one exercise to another with very little or no rest. The workouts involve focused movements like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises…the difference is not so much in the selection of exercises but the intensity of the sequence. And our formats are constantly changing to challenge your body in different ways to provided the maximum results in the shortest amount of time!
In boot camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy.
Bottom line, our Bootcamp workouts are:

- Efficient – you work your whole body in a short period of time.
- Fun – each exercise is different so you don’t get bored.
- Easy to fit in to a busy schedule – You can do it on your way to the office, over lunch or before dinner.
- As challenging as you want them to be.
If your friends haven’t been to a class, they have nothing to lose by trying it out! The first two weeks is completely FREE! We only charge their credit card if they choose to stay in the program and our bet is they will.
That said, we’re not for everyone. We’re not for folks who want to put on their earbuds and saunter on the elliptical trainer. We’re not for folks who are members in name only at clubs where the biggest draw is the pool. We’re not for folks who want a country club. And we’re definately not for folks trolling for their next mystery date.
But we ARE for those folks who are SERIOUS about their workouts. We are for those who want the BIGGEST BANG for their workout investment; and we ARE for folks who SHOW UP to WORK HARD and PLAY HARD. That’s who are clients are. That’s who we want to work with.


I work out at early morning class and love it! I would love to have a 3rd day of 545am class. Friday mornings will be great!!!
