Assumption of Risk: There are significant risks involved in all aspects of physical training. CrossFit and Bootcamp classes are no exception. These risks include, but are not limited to, strains, sprains and/or overexertion as well as serious injury or death to you and/or others due to negligence on the part of yourself, your training partner, or other people around you. By participating in our workouts you are acknowledging your awareness of these risks and assuming full responsibility for any injury or death that may result from participation in any activity or class while at, or under the direction of, Crossroads Bootcamp LLC dba CrossFit on 18th.
