COURSE DESCRIPTIONS

CrossFit WOD // Constantly varied functional movement done with high intensity, this is classic CrossFit. These workouts can be scaled to every ability or experience level.  

CrossFit + 1 // A CrossFit class great for both beginners and experienced athletes, an additional coach provides you with even more personalized attention on refining your technique and form. 

Bootcamp WOD // An intense full-body workout mixing cardio, bodyweight, medicine ball, barbell and kettlebell exercises in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Anything but routine. 

Power Bootcamp WOD // A notch up on the Bootcamp format with shorter intervals for higher intensity and a focus on speed and power. This workout will boost your capacity for workload and endurance.
